Who We Are

Established in 2011, TPR Care Services is a Nursing and Care agency based in Salford, Greater Manchester. We also have semi-independent accommodation for young people aged 16+. Our friendly and professional approach has given us an excellent reputation with our customers.

We believe that a good working relationship is built on trust and reliability, and our staff can provide valued continuity and a quality service that is always customer led.

Our Services

Staffing

We provide both Qualified Nurses and Trained Care Assistants for fixed-term contracts and short notice placements. We ensure continuity and consistency in times of need. All our staff undergo a rigorous recruitment process and training program.

We provide personalised management packages for nursing and care homes that may need assistance with maintaining CQC and local authority standards, including auditing, action planning, goal setting, monitoring, staff appraisal and supervision.

We provide bespoke accredited mandatory training courses as well as specific specialist areas of interest. Our training is delivered by an accredited trainer, meets current industry standards and can be personalised to your own policies and procedure.
